How We Use Your Information
When you supply Personal Information at this website, we will use it for the express purpose for which it was collected (e.g. to send you a brochure or process your booking). It may also be used by us to send you information and/or updates about our company which we believe may be of interest to you, unless you have indicated that you do not wish to receive such information.
On-line Booking Form
We need your email address in order to send you a confirmation of your booking. You will receive email newsletters from us periodically containing information about the Challenge you have signed up for. We may collect your credit card number and expiration date in order to take payment for your booking.
We collect telephone numbers so that if we need to discuss any details concerning your booking, we can do so. Also, we sometimes follow up requests with a phone call to make sure you have received the information that you requested.
We collect details such as your name and address and email address in order to send you the brochure/s and/or Registration Packs you request. Your details will also be added to our mailing list unless you un-tick the box to indicate that you do not wish to receive further communication from us (such as newsletters and details of new trips etc). We may on occasion use your telephone number to follow up requests for information to make sure you have received the information that you requested.
If you send us an e-mail from the “Contact Us” area of the website, your e-mail address will be used in order to respond to your query and added to our database.
